Bad News for FedEx shipping fee adjustment from Jan. 5, 2026 onward:
FedEx mailed us on Dec. 22, 2025 and gave us the link of their announcement as above.
Sorry , I can not find any English version.
Made a call to FedEx Taiwan and was told that the main differences would be
1. an advance fee US$15 against $4.50 (after and before Jan. 5, 2026) will be charged.
2. a Duty and Tax Advancement Fee US$15 will be charged.
So we adjust FedEx shipping to USA from US$58 to US$85.
Upon receipt of FedEx's bill around Jan. 25, 2026 or so, we will have a clearer picture of how they charge us. We are OK to refund you if we charged too much. And we will be certain on how to set FedEx shipping more properly by late January, 2026.

In our recent tracking, orders that were shipped out on Nov. 3rd and 4th, 2025 , both took a flight heading USA from Taiwan
on 4th, were all being held by USA customs since then. Other orders shipped out on Nov. 5 - 12, 2025 were partially delivered already.
I am sorry for this delay. But please kindly understand that all customs worldwide are the same. When they are doing their jobs which they consider sacred, no one can urge them to speed up. The worst is they do not reveal when it will be released until it is released. Even USPS could not urge them to speed up. All we can do is endless waiting. So please be patient.

Unregistered air parcel option is available for USA only. We just removed this option for the rest of the world.
Reason to remove it:
Many asked us to track the shipment for them.
Unfortunately, it is the cheapest method our post office offers and it does not have a tracking number.
Can I still ask to use this method?

If tracking shows following 3 conditions, it might be held by your customs for checking.
1. still in Taiwan (TAIPEI INT AMF, TAIWAN)
2. not moving at e.g. ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) for days or more than a week
3. inbound into customs
When a shipment is randomly held for customs inspection, there will be no further updates until it is released. Please note that we cannot expedite this process. If you require timely delivery, we recommend choosing FedEx shipping.

If you must add something to your previous order which we have not shipped out yet, please give us a note on your 2nd order especially when you are ordering twice with same items, quantities and colors. That gives us the impression of a possible error at your end by doing the ordering process twice as you thought your first attempt failed. We encountered this case before. So whatever identical order came in without any note will be treated as accidentally-released double order and be canceled and refunded from our side.
