Please take a close look at picture 2 which we took with light turned on, all vials production have what we called "first vial". We purposely put two for photography. The percentage of the first vial is roughly 3-8%. The first vial has same length except one end has clear glass without phosphor coated. This is inevitable during the manufacturing process.
 
To save $1 per piece, please choose special "first vial". :-)
