Sorry that checking out could be a little painful as the indication information can NOT be seen unless you marked them. Weebly (eCommerce provider) said it is a bug and they will try to fix it. Only they are not sure when it can be fixed. We will be forced to change another theme to see if we can get rid of white background and white wording indication...sigh.

Bad news for Los Angeles, USA customers: Our post office posted a note on their website warning that the mails and parcels heading to Los Angeles are piling up recently which causes severe delay due to man power shortage at local post office. If it is, it might be held up at customs for 7-14 days before it continues its journey to next stop after it is released. Just recently, we have encountered a greater ratio of shipments being held up at customs for checking. When this happens, it can NOT be tracked at your post office's system. No one in the world can ask customs to do their job faster.

A customer gave us a 2-star review on a 3x25mm red vial which I still approved. Please scroll your screen to the bottom to find a brightness chart before you purchase. Different colors have different wavelength which affect the brightness a lot. Red and blue are dimmer than others, even purple and pink are quite dim as well. But if you like a genuine blue, its wavelength provides a beautiful blue but it is less visible if comparing to an ice blue.

New 3W 365nm UV flashlight is available. The test was great that a tiny drop of NOA61 on a plastic sheet with UV flashlight on top of it (about 5mm distance), NOA61 was cured 90-95% in 10 seconds. Although it can be operated with both single AA battery or 14500, we recommend to use general AA battery. Also we recommend for keeping flashlight on for 3 - 5 minutes to make sure the applied NOA61 is 100% cured.

Please choose your shipping option carefully. It bothers us recently that customers requested to change shipping option after we wrapped up the shipment or after we shipped out the shipment. We can not get it back from post office to change shipping method, after we handed them your shipment. Hope you can understand and accept us for not taking your change request.
PLEASE DO NOT set any deadline of the shipment's arrival. To avoid possible dispute after we shipped out and could not reach your demand of receiving your order within the time frame you set, we would cancel your order and refund. To those who use mails of yahoo.com, please MAKE SURE that you check with your spam folder to see if you receive any of our mails. Because if you don't, mails from us will be kept at your spam / trash folder no matter how many times or how early we sent mails to you.
We DO NOT deliver all orders by ourselves, shipment carrier said they left a note and we can only believe that they did leave a note. And if you do not pick up your shipment in time, they would be sent back to us.

Today we received a mail questioning us
"This totally slipped my mind but I still haven't heard anything back from you about this order. I never received it or any word back from you about the order coming back to you."
As I doubt that you might NOT be able to receive our reply at your yahoo.com mail address. So we are replying to you here.
Yes, our post office told us last week that the shipment sat at your post office from May 24 till Jul. 14, 2017. They are now shipping back to us which we WILL need to pay for return postage. Upon our receipt of the return shipment, we will deduct the shipping fee as well as return fee and refund to you. If you still wish to obtain this shipment, please contact us again and MAKE SURE that you can receive our mails at your mail server. I will reply to your mail later and I hope you can read them.
I am really sorry for all of these but we are kind of helpless of not able to reach you via your mail address.

Some asked us recently about what glue we would recommend for adhering tritium vials. To my knowledge, American-made Norland could be the best UV adhesive in the world. It may require you to use an UV light source to cure the glue. But if you do not have one, you can just put your application under strong sunshine for a few hours or days. Strong sunshine offers 365nm light to cure the adhesive. Please search our store with "NOA61". I am pretty sure that you can also google and purchase directly from Norland... :-)

If you must add something to your previous order which we have not shipped out yet, please give us a note on your 2nd order especially when you are ordering twice with same items, quantities and colors. That gives us the impression of a possible error at your end by doing the ordering process twice as you thought your first attempt failed. We encountered this case before. So whatever identical order came in without any note will be treated as accidentally-released double order and be canceled and refunded from our side.

We DO NOT deliver all orders by ourselves, shipment carrier said they left a note and we can only believe that they did leave a note. And if you do not pick up your shipment in time, they would be sent back to us.

WEEBLY just did something on improving the shipping feature that creating a bug (very likely). I failed to update my shipping address, hence I can not set up my shipping system to make the store work.
So before they fix the problem, the whole process will fail when you try to check out with an error saying "the store does not ship to your address" or something like that.
We are quite innocent but will do our best to ask Weebly fixes it.
Before that, please use contact form to let us know:
- Your PayPal account
- What you wish to buy (size, color, quantity)
- Which shipping option you prefer: $2 (unregistered air parcel), $5 (registered air parcel), $10 (registered package, for North America only), $28 (EMS speed post, the fastest method).
We will invoice you from PayPal. If you wish to skip the invoicing steps, you may pay directly at our PayPal account (dy.desther@msa.hinet.net) if you know what you intend to buy, which shipping to go...etc.

Recently we receive more feedback about unable to complete the ordering process at the final stage of filling in the shipping address, the system instantly shows "can't deliver to the specified address". We apologize for this problem as we tried to fix it a long time ago but could not. This is frustrating because one day it treats a customer like this. The next day, it appears to be quite OK to this customer. We apologize for this potential problem and would like you to advise us what you wish to order via "contact form" with the followings:
1. your PayPal account (in the form of mail address)
2. what you intend to buy : size, color, quantity
3. shipping option you prefer
We will invoice you from PayPal. If the invoice appears to be what you intend to order, please log into your PayPal to pay us. Upon your paying, please double check the shipping address shown on your PayPal info. is correct (some may have moved but forgot to modify their PP account with new address).
